We are living through accelerated times. People are experiencing change and transformation at an alarming rate. What once took us decades to learn and assimilate is now taking us years and what once took years may only take weeks to months. In turn, a shorter period of time is now leaving us with years worth of transformations and realizations that go beyond an explanation based on technological achievements alone. So what is responsible for this recent acceleration? What does it all mean?

In my opinion, the truth is being revealed. Part of this new awareness is realizing our own inner truth.

Most of us experience the majority of our lives unconsciously. We form defenses and coping mechanisms to make it through childhood and then spend the rest of our lives running on programs that have out-lived their usefulness.

Unfortunately, we associate these programs with our egos and we assume that our egos are ALL that we are. In fact, we actually become chemically addicted to these unconscious programs and point to the fact that we have survived as the proof that these programs are 'working' for us. But life is about MORE than just survival and we are much more than our egos. So where IS our truth beyond survival? Where do we thrive?
